Elsewhere

This piece was done for my Package Design class. The objective of the class was to create a brand and package design for a beverage. I chose to create a brand of craft soda with fun colors and four different flavors. The brand name is Elsewhere and I wanted to create different characters to represent the different flavors. The story behind the brand is that the characters on the bottles live in the land of Elsewhere. Each of the four characters has a name and is paired with a flavor. The characters are meant to personify their paired flavor. I got the inspiration for the characters' names and colors from wild flowers. The characters' names are Black Eyed Susan, Wild Sweet William, Queen Adleline, and Golden Alexander. The character illustrations are imagined and created by me.        

My target audience for this craft soda brand is friends, families and kids. My thought process is that this can be a special series of soda that is family friendly and could be consumed at and associated with gatherings or special events like birthday parties or picnics.
